highlights

What topics dominated the work of the Foundation in 2019? With more than 1,500 events in Germany, political education programmes and publications on many topics, we promote public discourse and support people in their commitment to freedom and democracy. In its human rights work in more than 60 countries, the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom stands up for people campaigning for human rights in a personal or professional capacity – people whose human rights are under threat, who are not allowed to vote or express their political opinions, or who do not have a voice of their own.
